The Chieftain - The Chieftain is the overseer and leader of the entirety of the Earthspear Tribe, as well as the protector of the legendary Earthspear weapon. The Chieftain oversees the protection of his own people, as well as welcome all Riteseekers. So long as he is the only true blood of the Earthspear, Huatar will remain its chieftain, and it will pass down his line of children and descendants so long as they remain. Only if he sees fit to grant his powers to a very close friend will he step down from leadership as Chieftain. (( The Chieftain is the Guild Leader. That is self-explanatory. ))
High Elders - Those that serve directly under the Chieftain in the Tribe's daily activities. The High Elders are each a powerful Druid and a wise Shaman. (( The only High Officer rank that's above Earthkin, High Elders are the ones who serve directly under the guild leader. ))
Earthkin - An Earthspear member that is seen by Huatar as more than just Kin. The Earthkin are those that show true devotion to the betterment of the Tribe.(( Somewhat of an officer role, but this rank requires a LOT of devotion to the Earthspear. This includes, but is not limited to: Providing for the Guild Bank, helping with all events, and overall attendance to every meeting and guild-hosted event. ))
Ambassadors - Ambassadors are those that enact Huatar's word and diplomatic issues when he cannot do so himself. (( Ambassadors pretty much go in place of the Chieftain when he can't go to certain out-of-guild events. ))
Kin - Members of the Earthspear Tribe. When they have completed their Rites and Trials, Riteseekers become Kin in the eyes of Huatar. (( Kin was recently combined with the Braves, Warden, and Seer groups into one rank. We're going to be using the Officer notes to denote each rank class. ))
Initiates - Initiates are those who have been given their rites and are in the process of completing them.
Riteseeker Initiates, newcomers into the Earthspear Tribe. The Riteseekers are those who are given Trials and Rites in order to progress within the Earthspear Tribe. (( To be promoted from this rank, it's required to be in the Earthspear Tribe for a minimum of Ten Days. After which, speak with Krolbrim, Pishnek, or Huatar to receive your rites. ))
